Herman Hakuzimana

Herman Hakuzimana is the Climate Change Program Manager under Single Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) at Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA). In his attributions, Herman oversees the implementation of climate change projects and the preparation of mandatory reports to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNCCC) including National Communications and Biennial Update reports. Prior to this position, in the capacities of Director of Climate Change and International Obligations Unit, Herman Hakuzimana coordinated DNA Secretariat activities. Herman Hakuzimana also serves as the Alternate National Focal Point to the UNFCCC.
