Ousmane Fall SARR, Coordinator of the west African Alliance on Carbon Markets and Climate Finance. Former President of the Senegal National Climate Change Commettee (COMNACC). Mr SARR served as Director in charge of Monitoring and Planning at the Senegalese Rural Electrification Agency for 22 years and Coordinated the Development of 2 PoA and the mobilisation of Climate Funds from GCF for the Agency’s Unerversal Access to electricity Program.
