Dr. Ting Jiang, is chairman of Guangdong Engineering Consulting International Investment Group Co., Ltd. She holds a PhD in Thermal Engineering and is a Senior Engineer. Her core work focuses on green and low carbon transition, climate policy research and low carbon investment consulting. She has led more than 60 research projects including five national key programs, and her work on urban and industrial decarbonization has won national and provincial outstanding consulting awards.
