No Climate Justice without addressing Loss & Damage! - Global Youth Perspectives

The climate crisis is happening now and everywhere - from Germany over Pakistan to the Pacific. Losses and damages are discussed by decision-makers under the agenda of COP27 for the first time but are faced by millions of people in most affected areas for years. As young people worldwide recognize the urgency of just climate action, they become active themselves. Here, the stage belongs to young voices from all over the world to share their experiences - both hurtful and empowering. This event seeks to create a space for innovative ideas from young people on how international politics can move from promises to just climate action in addressing past, present, and future losses and damages in most vulnerable countries caused by the climate crisis and most emitting industrial countries.
