Tobias Vosen studied Economics at the University of Bonn (Diplom) and Environmental Sciences at Wageningen University (Master of Science).

Since April 202 he works at the Federal Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt) in Germany as Coordinator for the National System of Emissions Inventories.
