Dr. Manal Shehabi

Dr. Manal Shehabi is a recognized expert on energy, economic, and climate sustainability in resource-based economies. She is an expert on hydrogen economy and geoeconomics, was a reviewer of the Kuwait White Paper on hydrogen strategy and expert on other hydrogen studies, and is a consultant to the International Energy Agency, the UNFCCC, among others. 

She is an Associate Faculty Member at the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Oxford, and a Seminar Leader at Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, and the Founding Director of SHEER Research & Advisory Ltd. She published academic articles and policy reports, and advises policymakers on firms.
